Master Roofers UK is an organisation dedicated to improving the standard of roofing in the UK through education and training, recognising skills, and sharing vital resources and articles relating to the traditional craft we call roofing.


We are a team of professionals, ranging from expert roofers to industry professionals in many other areas of roofing. MRUK cares enormously about our community and we work hard to help roofers – from contractors to labourers, and everyone in-between – in their day-to-day working lives.

Having originally started up on Facebook as a trade chat group, MRUK now has an audience of over 30,000 followers and group members with a strong community spirit.


Roofers and roofing industry professionals use our platforms daily to ask advice and generally talk roofing with other community members. This has grown very rapidly in recent years and many younger roofers learn a great deal through asking questions and interacting with each other on the chat groups.

This website will accompany the strong community we have built, acting as a resource hub for many extra directories, technical info, blogs, and industry changes.

At Master Roofers UK we are passionate about roofing. Having been roofers ourselves (some of us still working as contractors) we are here to support roofers and the industry in general. Dedicated to improving the industry though education and training, we are proud to have two training centres of excellence within the UK in partnership with National Construction Training Services (NCTS).

At these centres – and through mobile training – we offer training for roofers to improve their knowledge and skills within the roofing sector. Creating information and an easy-to-use website for roofers was always one of our key objectives, and the new website will develop into the most comprehensive technical HUB in the industry for roofing information and technical data.
